2012 iPhone new version at least a 4 inch display

When the new generation iPhone launches . some time this year there is a lovely chance that it will have a bigger display. The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple has began to order parts for the tool, including a display that is larger then the 3.5-inch that the iPhone has used since it was released. The screen on the 2012 iPhone will be at least four inches, according to the document. About a bigger iPhone screen have been around  as long as the iPhone itself, which mounted to an amazing amount of noise before the announcement of the iPhone 4S last year. The iPhone five, as it was known at the time, had a lot of rumors about it that did not pan out, of the most prominent being the move to a bigger display. Rumors had it that the size of the next-gen Retina display could be three.7-, 4-, or 4.2 inches, though the latter was quickly dispelled. Apple had no comment on the matter, but the article noted that Apple could be making the move in order to compete with rivals, like Samsun...

Apples Next iPhone to Arrive Sept 10

Apple will unveil the next edition of the iPhone at a major press event on Sept. 10, according to All Things D.Other than the purported date for the unveiling of the so-called iPhone 6, the site's Ina Fried did not offer any details about what else we might expect from Apple with the arrival of the company's first new smartphone since the debut of the iPhone 5 last September. If Apple does lift the curtain on its next-generation iPhone on Sept. 10, it would be two days short of a full year since the iPhone 5 was revealed. While Apple CEO Tim Cook is rumored to be under pressure from Apple's board to step up the pace of innovation and product release schedules, that lag between new iPhone releases wouldn't be particularly unusual for the company—Apple went 16 months between introducing the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S , for example. But as Fried noted, even as Apple has continued to enjoy robust sales of the iPhone this year, the company has seen its overall share of the gl...

Apple finally launched iPhone 5, 2012’s most awaited gadget, at a highly anticipated event in San Francisco. The iPhone 5 is 18% thinner and 20% lighter than the iPhone 4S. It is the thinnest smartphone in the world with a casing made from glass and aluminium, according to Apple. iPhone 5 will run on Apple’s new operating software iOS 6. With a four-inch Retina Display screen, the iPhone 5 allows for five rows of apps — one more than previous versions of the device, which sported a 3.5-inch screen. Apple iPhone 5 features a retina display and the screen will have a 1136 x 640 screen resolution, with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Apple has also unveiled a brand new chipset for the iPhone 5: the quad-core Cortex A6 processor, which Schiller says is a full two times faster than the A5 chip in the iPhone 4S. There are also now three microphones in the mix: one on the front, one on the back, and another on the bottom. It sports an 8MP rear camera with panorama mode, backside illumination, hybrid IR ...

New The Circles A Gorgeous Round Icon Theme for iPhone iPad

There is a whole lot of themes available for the iPhone and iPad on the Cydia repository. Unfortunately most of them are actually darn ugly – like really ugly. I don’t know what people are thinking when they pay for these awful themes. As always though, there is one or two which deserve a lot of attention due to the amount of time, effort and craftsmanship put into them. One of my all time favourite Cydia themes is TheCircles. However if you’re looking for a free theme which has pixel perfect icon designs, Circles is for you. Jackie Tran (only if his surname was Chan) from Prague, Czech Republic, has released what I personally think is the best free theme available for the iPhone and iPad. It’s perfectly made for both the iPhone and iPad retina displays with the iPhone icons in the size of 114×114 and the iPad icons in the size of 144×144. The amount of detail put into each icon is really incredible – even the shadows behind the icons are adjusted to make it look like they’re floating ...

Make Your Iphone Battery Last Longer

I’ve owned a Iphone for a while now, it’s an amazing phone, the best I have ever used so far. But when I first started using it, my only concern was that the battery didn’t last as much as I expected. After two days, it was gone, and when I needed it, the phone just didn’t turn ON. I used to let the wireless on almost all the time and downloading many new apps. Now that I have some more experience on how my little gadget works, I will try to share some ideas on how you can optimize your iphone’s battery life and have a better iExperience. Wireless connectivity will drawn your battery even if you are not using it. Keeping it on, it will always try to connect to some open hot spot, try to check your emails and much more. So a good idea is to turn it on when using, and after, turn it off. Bluetooth have a similar battery usage as Wi-Fi, so there’s not much reason to leave it on if you are not using it (I believe that the most common usage for bluetooth today is the headsets and car kits)....
