Basic PLC Ladder Programming Examples 20

Basic PLC Ladder Programming Examples 20 Basic PLC Ladder Programming Training Examples for Beginners.  Hi friends, here we are starting unique a series of Free Training on PLC Ladder Programming & tutorials. These PLC Ladder Programs are important to learn basics of Ladder programs.   PLC Ladder Practice Problem:  Summation of Continuous D Registers ·        Summing up the values of D registers from D101 to DN (the number of N is determined by users) and storing the operation result in D100. If the result < K-32768, the borrow flag = ON; if the result > K32767, the carry flag = ON           Topics Covered in this example is FOR NEXT PLC instructions of Ladder Program. Number of PLC Outputs Required Y0 Borrow flag indicator. When the value in D100 < K-32768, Y0 = ON Y1 Carry flag indicator. When the value in D100 > K32767, Y1 = ON Number of PLC Data Registers Required D100 Stor...

20 Watt Power Amplifier Using Lm1875

The LM1875 is a monolithic power amplifier offering very low distortion and high quality performance for consumer audio applications. The LM1875 delivers 20 watts into a 4Ω or 8Ω load on ±25V supplies. Using an 8 load and ±30V supplies, over 30 watts of power may be delivered. The amplifier is designed to operate with a minimum of external components. Device overload protection consists of both internal current limit and thermal shutdown. 20 Watt Power Amplifier Circuit Diagram The LM1875 design takes advantage of advanced circuit techniques and processing to achieve extremely low distortion levels even at high output power levels. Other outstanding features include high gain, fast slew rate and a wide power bandwidth, large output voltage swing, high current capability, and a very wide supply range. The amplifier is internally compensated and stable for gains of 10 or greater. Features: • Up to 30 watts output power • AVO typically 90 dB • Low distortion: 0.015%, 1 kHz, 20 W • Wide po...

Simple Step Up Converter For 20 LEDs Project

This is a Simple Step-Up Converter For 20 LEDs circuit Project. The circuit described here is a step-up converter to drive 20 LEDs, designed to be used as a home-made ceiling night light for a child’s bedroom. This kind of night light generally consists of a chain of Christmas tree lights with 20 bulbs each consuming 1 W, for a total power of 20 W. Here, in the interests of saving power and extending operating life, we update the idea with this simple circuit using LEDs.  Power can be obtained from an unregulated 12 V mains adaptor, as long as it can deliver at least about 330 mA.  The circuit uses a low-cost current-mode controller type UCC3800N, reconfigured into voltage mode to create a step-up converter with simple compensation. By changing the external components the circuit can easily be modified for other applications. To use a current-mode controller as a voltage-mode controller it is necessary to couple a sawtooth ramp (rising from 0 V to 0.9 V) to the CS (current sen...

Power Amplifier Circuit 2 x 20 W stereo with IC AN7156N

This circuit operate with IC AN7156N . You just can use this IC , because hav'nt similarity it. In this Circuit have 2 input IN R and IN L and have Output R and L . Voltage supply require 15 V , minimum voltage 9 V and maximum voltage 24V . And the voltage must DC voltage , and better the DC voltage filtering . Maximum Output for 1 speaker 25 W , so this circuit have maximum output 2 X 25 W with minimum impedance 4 ohm. See this circuit schematic below : Click image to view enlarge
