Video Line Driver

This circuit is a video line driver specifically intended for use with a single-ended power supply. As a matter of fact, the synchronised outputs of a line driver for composite-video signals go negative with respect to ground. In order to be able to process these negative signals in a circuit powered from a single-ended supply, it is necessary to AC-couple the input of the opamp as well as level-shift the signal in the positive direction. From here, the signal passes through AC-coupling capacitor C2 and is applied to potential divider R2-R3, which provides the necessary DC-offset. Line Level Stereo Output on Genesis

I am planning on doing an s-video and rca jack mod on my Genesis. The mods I see done seem to all use the headphone jack as the source of the stereo sound. Is this the only way? I would prefer to have the output not be controlled by the volume slider. Is it possible to tap the signals before they go to the amp and route them to my own (fixed-gain) amp? Line Following Robot Sensor

This Line Following Robot sensor or surface scanner for robots is a very simple, stamp-sized, short range (5-10mm) Infrared proximity detector wired around a standard reflective opto-sensor CNY70(IC1). In some disciplines, a line following robot or an electronic toy vehicle go along a pre drawn black line on a white surface. In such devices, a surface scanner, pointed at the surface is used to align the right track. IC1 contains an infrared LED and a photo transistor. The LED emit invisible infrared light on the track and the photo transistor works as a receiver. Usually, black colored surface reflects less light than white surface and more current will flow through the photo transistor when it is above a white surface. When a reflection is detected (IR light falls on the photo transistor) a current flows through R2 to ground which generates a voltage drop at the base of T1 to make it conduct. As a result, transistor T2 start conducting and the visual indicator LED(D1) lights up. Cap...
